The Anti-Bias Club of South Pasadena High School invites applications for a BLM mural project!
We want to create a Black Lives Matter (BLM) mural in South Pasadena both to celebrate the Black community and to ensure that the momentum of the BLM movement is not forgotten. We are reaching out to artists in the San Gabriel Valley and L.A. area to design and paint this proposed BLM mural. The application for this project is attached below and is due by Sunday, October 18 at midnight.
We are looking for an artist with a strong connection to the BLM movement and with experience in murals. That said, we encourage everyone to apply. Please also circulate the application to anyone else you think would be interested in creating this mural.
